Terms and conditions of sending to a friend: novasbe.trabalhando.pt (hereinafter, novasbe.trabalhando.pt) makes the e-mail sending tools available to Internet users so that they can give friends recommendations, which will make the Internet user submitting e-mails via this tool the only one with the status of "sender" (hereinafter the sender) and the only one responsible for the sending of e-mails (hereinafter, the e-mail), without any responsibility to novasbe.trabalhando.pt by reason of delivery, without prejudice to the commitments made below.

Also, the sender: (i) guarantees novasbe.trabalhando.pt authorization and consent of the holder of the provided e-mail address (hereinafter, address) to send e-mails, responding to damages, penalties and sanctions that may arise in case of default, misrepresentation or inaccuracy of this warranty; and (ii) is informed that novasbe.trabalhando.pt, as a recipient of the e-mail address in the event that this address is considered personal data, assumes the following commitments and guarantees: 1. The address will only be used in order to meet the request of e-mail sending. 2. novasbe.trabalhando.pt will not use the address for a purpose other than sending e-mails. 3. The address will not be disclosed, not even for the conservation of others. 4. novasbe.trabalhando.pt must keep the address duly blocked as long as responsibilities can arise due to its use; 5. novasbe.trabalhando.pt will agree with the terms provided in the Data Protection Act and its implementing rules, emphasizing the establishment of the necessary technical and organizational measures in order to ensure the safety of the address and to prevent its alteration, loss or unauthorized access. 6. novasbe.trabalhando.pt undertakes to keep maximum privacy and confidentiality of the address, taking the necessary measures to prevent its disclosure. This obligation will continue indefinitely after the conclusion of the services provided.
